I’m away in NZ soaking in family time, rest, and slower mornings 🌿
The kind where time stretches, coffee stays warm a little longer, and nothing needs to be rushed.
But The Garden of She doesn’t stop growing when I pause.
Because this work was never meant to be hustled or forced.
It’s rooted in lived experience- the seasons of becoming a mother, of being held and not held, of learning (and unlearning) how to truly nourish myself so I can nourish others.
Rest is not the opposite of productivity here.
It’s part of the practice.
The meals, the circles, the gatherings, the quiet moments of care-they all come from this place. From slowing down enough to listen. From honouring the natural ebb and flow of womanhood, motherhood, creativity, and life itself.
I’ll be sharing gently while I’m away- little glimpses, quiet reflections, seeds being planted.
And I’m holding space for what’s blooming in 2026: deeper nourishment, richer community, and offerings that feel grounded, intentional, and true.
I’m dreaming, sketching, and planting seeds 🌱
