The Role:
We are seeking a permanent full-time receptionist to join our team.

This position is perfect for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively to provide high-quality support to clients, clinicians, and staff. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, we are primarily looking for someone who will bring enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support, including booking appointments and processing payments/receipts.

Manage client accounts, including invoicing and Medicare rebate processing.

Support clinicians with diary management and administrative tasks.

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and filing.

Reconcile daily activity reports within our practice management software.

On Friday, our Health in Mind Orange Psychologist, Debra Fidler, presented as a guest speaker at the 2025 Young Leaders of the Central West Summit (hosted by Orange Christian School). Deb spoke to year 11 leaders from around the Central West about building personal resiliency, and being thoughtful about how personal values frame impactful leadership. Well done Deb- thanks for investing this time into the future leaders of our region!
