Meet Andy 🤍
Andrea (but everyone calls her Andy) is one of our Reformer Pilates instructors, bringing years of movement experience, energy, and heart to every class.
A retired dancer with a background in RAD training and Latin & ballroom, Andy has been in the Pilates world for almost 6 years — officially earning her certification in 2025. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her outdoors training for ultra trail running (UTA50 coming up!), on the golf course, or cheering on sport from F1 to NRL.
Her coaching style? Positive, mindful, and supportive.
Expect a serious shake and burn, a killer playlist to get you through it, and lots of core and leg work (think sliders, balls, planks and pikes 👀)
Andy is all about moving with purpose — training for longevity, strength, and a life well lived. Her goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, inspired, and reminded that you’re capable of more than you think.
Her advice if you’re nervous to try Pilates?
We were all once beginners — it only goes up from there.
