A safety plan is a simple guide to help keep you safe if you're experiencing domestic, family, or sexual violence. It can include things like who to call, where to go, and what to take with you. You can make a safety plan whether you’re thinking about staying, leaving, or not sure yet.
If you plan to stay, part of your safety plan could be always keeping your phone charged and with you at all times.
If you plan to leave, part of your safety plan could be organising a safe place to go and letting trusted people know where you are.
