I am the owner and operator of LQS, and I just want to take a moment to introduce myself as we roll into 2026. 🤩
A little bit about me 👇🏻
- I grew up in a blended but wonderful family and now I get the joy of raising a blended family ❤️
My partner Troy and I have a 2 year old boy together and I have the privilege of being a bonus parent as well!
- I love working out 🏋🏻♀️ gimme all the endorphins
- I love to cook
- I love to travel 🧳
- I was a bit if a ratbag teenager 😝
- AND I love a slow weekend.
A brief background of my career :
I have always been passionate about helping people wherever possible, which has led me to develop my career in the community services sector. I’ve worked in various roles throughout my career; I even consider pouring beers at the pub when I was 18 a part of this journey. 🍻
I have had the privilege to work with a diverse range of individuals, each with their own inspiring stories. Engaging with some of the most vulnerable members of our community and having the opportunity to positively impact their lives, even if briefly, is what motivates me each day.
Life Quality Supports was started in 2022.
I worked as a sole trader for a few years, and it was never my intention to grow into a team. However, it has very organically developed into something I am truly proud of every single day.
These are my two biggest values at Life Quality Supports:
1. For our participants to receive high-quality, consistent services structured around their individual preferences, personal goals, and NDIS goals. They are matched with staff who are genuinely compatible. All staff working for LQS need to not only be a high-quality support worker but also a high-quality individual who has a genuine passion for what they do.
2. Fostering a work environment where staff feel valued, safe, supported, and well compensated for the incredible work they do, with the flexibility for work-life balance.
I finish every day with a full cup, knowing our team has made a difference in someone’s life.
