2025 wasn’t about being big or loud or doing more for the sake of it.
It was about doing things well.

We focused on people.
On showing up consistently.
On building support that feels safe, steady, and genuinely human.

We saw quiet wins, meaningful moments, and real connection - the kind that doesn’t always make headlines but changes lives in lasting ways.

To our participants, families, team, and community - thank you for trusting us and walking alongside us this year.

We’re proud of what we built in 2025.
And we’re very ready for what’s next.

💦 Naomi appreciation post 💦

Naomi has been using her support time to go swimming each week - and she has been absolutely smashing it.

This is a great example of support being used with purpose: building routine, confidence, and momentum through consistency. Naomi is doing the work, showing up, and backing herself every week.

A big credit also to the staff who support her - keeping things on track, helping with time management, and providing the accountability that turns intention into action.

This is how goals are built. We love watching you win Naomi!

🌟 Wayne’s Fave Accessible Spots in Orange – Stop #5: Nile Street Café 🌟

Wayne recently visited Nile Street Café, and it’s safe to say it’s earned a solid spot on his list! 💜

Here’s what stood out for him:
🥔 Their homemade hashbrowns - absolutely worth the visit.
☕ Takeaway coffee cups featuring artwork from different artists - a little creative touch that Wayne loved.
🌤️ Outdoor undercover seating that’s comfortable, easy to access, and perfect for enjoying your coffee no matter the weather.

Another great local spot bringing good food, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere.

🎄✨ Last weekend we came together for our AccessLife staff Christmas party, and it was such a beautiful day! We were missing a few but they were there in spirit.

A huge thank you to for hosting us - from the stunning setting to the delicious spread and perfectly paired wines, it couldn’t have been better. 🍷☀️

We’re so incredibly thankful for our amazing team. Spending time together outside of work, relaxing, laughing, and soaking up the sunshine was the perfect way to celebrate another big year at AccessLife. 💜✨

A huge moment for our team!!🤩

Our Managing Director, Marea, was honoured with Community Hero of the Year at the Central West Mummy Awards a couple of weeks ago - a recognition that reflects the passion and purpose behind AccessLife.

While Marea never does this work for the spotlight… let’s be honest, awards are nice - especially when they highlight the impact of values-driven, community-focused advocacy. 🏆

This recognition belongs to everyone who believes in what we do: empowering people with disabilities, standing up for vulnerable community members, and building a more inclusive and connected Orange.

To our participants, families, staff, partners and supporters, thank you for trusting us, challenging us, and growing with us. Your stories, your wins and your resilience are what drive us forward every single day.

And a HUGE congratulations to all the finalists - What an incredible group of women doing amazing things! 👏👏

We’re incredibly proud of Marea, and even more proud of the meaningful work AccessLife continues to deliver across the region.

Nic has been loving his weekly pool sessions - the perfect way to cool off, unwind, and actually enjoy the week.

A bit of swimming, a bit of floating, a lot of laughs. Simple, low-pressure support that just feels good.

On the weekend we supported Mel to get front and centre at Mortimer's Wines for the James Keith, and let’s just say she might be his biggest fan.

She had an absolute blast soaking up the music, the atmosphere, and the moment… and the highlight? A one-on-one chat with James himself. 🤩🤩

This is what community access is all about - creating opportunities for people to do what they love, connect with others, and enjoy real experiences in the places that make Orange special.
