We generally wash and clean all we use including the body.
How do we clean the mind though?
Or think about everything we eat and drink. Can it all stay ? No, just what’s needed stays and the rest is eliminated.
How about all the thoughts and everything that comes in through our senses. Can it all stay without making us a bit ‘blocked’ and overwhelmed?
Meditation is not a quick fix, magic pill or an escape.
It’s a way of living and keeping the living fresh and clean✨
