Due to a Telstra network upgrade our on call phone is experiencing a degradation of service.
If you require urgent medical assistance please attend the Orange Health Service Emergency department or attend the Bloomfield urgent care clinic.

Update: For those waiting and eligible, we have received some Govt Funded Shingrix vaccines.
Please call 02 6360 2388 to book an appointment.

CCMP community, unfortunately we have been advised by the NSW Vaccine Centre that the Shingrix vaccine is currently out of stock. We understand the government is working on getting another shipment. We will advise you when we have more in stock.

Good afternoon CCMP family!

From October 1st, you can register with My Medicare, and nominate your usual GP at Colour City Medical Practice.
There are several ways to obtain more information and register.
You can use the Medicare Express Plus App on a smart phone.
Or you can follow the link below.
Or if you prefer a paper version, we have registration forms and more information at reception.
Registration is very quick and easy and many of the upcoming Medicare incentives require a My Medicare Registration.

A fierce and ambitious individual by the name of Tayla is raising funds for the survival of premature babies by doing Sydney’s HOKA marathon!
