MEN LOVE YOGA TOO!
Contrary to what most people think, yoga is not about flexibility. However, you do get flexible by practising yoga. Men benefit from Iyengar Yoga, particulary tradies and those with physical professions, as we use lots of small muscles as well as the large ones. Muscles are balanced and core stability established, which keeps the lower back healthy and happy. Yoga also brings offers the opportunity to have time out from our busy lives to just be still and learn to observe what is happening in the body. As we practice yoga we learn about our bodies and our tendencies. It is a study of the Self as much as a physical discipline.
