Rob Murphy – Healing Massages
Rob offers a unique healing massage style that feels like a full-body massage all at once — a perfect bridge between relaxation and remedial therapy.
Using primarily the forearms, Rob is able to apply deeper pressure and release tension while still maintaining a soothing, flowing rhythm. This technique works both over and under the body, using your own natural bodyweight to assist the massage, while also aligning and balancing the energy systems within.

On days like today, with the unending rain, I think back to the days of sun!
Some of the good things sunlight can do for us:
Sunlight provides vitamin D,
Sunlight strengthens bones,
Sunlight kills bacteria,
Sunlight may reduce high blood pressure,
Sunlight can improve sleep quality,
Sunlight boosts mood ,
Sunlight can boost your immune system.
So, when you get the chance, even 10 mins of sun exposure can be beneficial!

They are completely FREE, and the Monday night sessions are for males only, focusing on mental wellbeing.

We are trying something a little different with our next Heartworks Lomi Lomi Level 1 course coming up soon.
It will still be held over the 3 days, but there will be time in between to allow integration and practice of the techniques, as well as if any questions come up for you in between the face-to-face learnings, it enables you to ask!
Perfect for those who can get overwhelmed with learning too much all at once, or just don't have 3 days in a row to learn!
Being on Sundays, it allows us to really perfect the techniques and for you to master all the parts before learning more.
