Integrity Therapy Services provides Allied Health Services, including Occupational Therapy, and Case Management services to adults. We are located in the Central West of NSW, with services including;

- Home modification assessment, design and planning
- Home safety assessment
- Equipment prescription
- Wheelchair and seating system prescription and fitting
- Activities of daily living (ADL) assessment and retraining
- Workplace assessments
- Functional capacity evaluations

We’re Occupational Therapists first, Case Managers second. We can have meaningful conversations with medical teams. We know when a participant needs urgent equipment versus when they need time to adjust. We bring clinical reasoning to every coordination decision.

Which equipment suppliers actually deliver on time. Which builders do quality modification work. Which home care providers are reliable. We’ve built relationships over 15 years that help coordination run smoothly.

We have clinical experience across spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, cognitive impairment, amputations, severe burns, dust diseases.

We don’t avoid difficult presentations. We see complex cases as people who deserve someone in their corner who won’t give up.

We’ll drive to rural properties. Advocate for custom solutions. Stay on the phone with suppliers until we get answers. Sit at kitchen tables for as long as it takes to figure things out.

When a young dad loses both legs in a workplace incident and needs to figure out how to parent from a wheelchair, tick-box assessments don’t cut it.

These are the realities we sit with. The messy, non-linear truth of catastrophic injury recovery.

Same team. Same commitment. Clearer focus.

We’ve refined what we do best—complex injury rehabilitation and case management across Central West NSW. The cases that need someone to think beyond the textbook. The ones where standard protocols don’t cut it.

Still based in Orange. Still doing home visits across paddocks and regional towns. Still the team that shows up when life’s been turned upside down by catastrophic injury.

We haven’t changed who we are. We’ve just gotten clearer about our focus.

As the year comes to a close, we just want to wish you a safe holiday and Summer period with your friends, families, and plenty of joy.

We are closing Friday 19th December, and we'll be back on Monday 5th January 2026.
