I’m excited to offer a whole term of Restorative yoga funded by the amazing Reclink! Restorative yoga is a wonderful, gentle and supportive way to honour deep rest, using props for comfort do the body feels held. This is good for nervous system integration, tired bodies or those looking for gentle mindful practices.
As this class will have limited numbers booking for the term is required (feel free to contact me if you have questions about this). Link on flyer.
