QHHT Perth with Debbie

QHHT Perth with Debbie It's my privilege to be a QHHT Practitioner taught by Dolores Cannon, in practice for 15 years πŸ’— Hi, my name is Debbie Boon. Welcome to my page.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me via the Message Button or by text, or by simply leaving a comment on one of my posts. I'm happy to chat about QHHT without obligation and look forward to hearing from you. About Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique ...

As a QHHT Practitioner I use Past Life Regression in a specific way, leading to an appropriate past life experience and to contact with your Higher Self or your Inner Being. You and I make this journey together. With your permission we become a team to explore the life that comes up ... a bit like detectives following the clues. Experiencing your past life helps clarify, put into perspective and/or resolve the issues you've come to me for. It's quite extraordinary how exploring an appropriate past life can shed light on so much in your current situation and help you move beyond it. No-one likes feeling stuck. Sometimes people have a session completely out of curiosity, and that's fine. But this is a chance for you to get answers to those burning questions you have, a chance to heal and move forward, and a chance to converse with that part of you we rarely even acknowledge, let alone connect and engage with (your Higher Self). In my experience, QHHT can help bring relief from illness, anxiety, allergies, personal relationship problems, work related issues, emotional pain, phobias and many other health issues including quitting smoking or losing weight. Often people come to me because they feel 'stuck' and want help to get out of the quicksand and start moving forward again. It might surprise you to know that the hypnotic state is a natural one ... we spend up to half our day in it! For example when we drive a distance we're familiar with and 'zone out', when we daydream, or when we're involved in something that absorbs us fully and we lose track of time (like our phones! οΏ½). It's a natural state of being. There's nothing strange or mysterious about it. In fact being in the hypnotic state means being physically relaxed while being mentally focused. Most people think of movies or stage shows when they think of hypnosis. Volunteers are made to look as though they're completely at the whim and mercy of the hypnotist. But it's important to realise that NO-ONE can make you do or think anything you don't want to. YOU are always in control of you, even when in a hypnotic state. Being hypnotised by a qualified practitioner means YOU choose to be guided in order to find answers and facilitate healing. At the end of a session with me, you remain relaxed, refreshed and feeling good, just like you've woken from a deep, rejuvenating sleep. Feelings of release and a sense of lightness and ease can be expected (see this page for reviews). The session is recorded for you to listen to at home. Listening to it is part of the healing because it reinforces and 'sets' what was gained during the session. You only need one session. I've found QHHT to be a wonderful tool that can bring peace and understanding when you need it most

I hope you're squeezing in a bit of time for you amongst all the festive silliness. It's getting a bit crazy out there! However, it always surprises me how nice people are when I'm out and about - pointing out that their carpark will be free in a minute, or engaging in a little chat, or giving you a smile for no reason, or offering help. It's lovely to see that even though everyone's in a rush, and everyone's trying to make Christmas perfect, and everyone's on a time and funds budget, and everyone is very focused on what they need to get done; and even with over-it-all-I-just-wanna-get-outta-here kids crying and yelling their frustration and overwhelm - people are generally speaking still kind, still nice. I love that.
So pat yourselves on the back if you're managing, even though.
And if you're not managing, see if you can find the time to simply stop and take a deep breath. Repeat. Do it in the car, do it at work, do it in the loo, do it at the shops. Centre yourself. Consciously do it. Find that calm spot within.
You're doing the best you can and so is everyone else. So ease up. Step back a little and take the pressure off yourself and others.
And as much as you can, when you can, enjoy the lead up to the big day.

A merry (and relatively calm) festive season to you πŸ’—πŸŒΏ

πŸŽ„πŸŒŸ Looking after yourself is always important but especially so this time of year, when there's so much going on and so much to plan and do.

πŸŽ… Make sure you're taking time out for you. No really. Make sure!
πŸŽ… Keep healthy by getting enough sleep and good food.
πŸŽ… Delegate
πŸŽ… Try to leave perfection out of the equation.
πŸŽ… Enjoy the good parts of Christmas, the parts you like the most.
πŸŽ… Take regular breaks.
πŸŽ… Know that when you look after yourself and feel good, EVERYTHING works better. Everything flows.

πŸ’— It's important. Take care of you xx

Here's a true story.
I recently had a call from a young man asking about a QHHT session. Let's call him Max.

Max was on a flight to Bali for a holiday and struck up a conversation with the passenger sitting next to him. Let's call him Leo. They got on well and began to confide in each other about their lives.

It turned out that Leo had had a QHHT session with me at some point. He listened to Max talk, then turned to him and said You've GOT to go and see Debbie for a QHHT session!

So when Max got back from Bali he called. We chatted about the serendipity behind that chance meeting on the plane, like it had been divinely organised. He saw it as a small miracle. He booked his session.

Then a few weeks later I got a call from a young man who had in turn been recommended to me by Max!

What a lovely chain of events.
I love how this method QHHT, which began over 50 years ago, helps so many people across the globe. And I love to hear how people find out about it, and how they find me.

There's so much good out there in the world. People's lives are being changed for the better in all kinds of ways big and small. That kindness and compassion, that desire to help another, spreads. People pay it forward. It creates a ripple effect of positivity and hope. I'm all for that πŸ’—

I do so love getting feedback. It makes my day. Thank you! πŸ’ƒπŸ€©πŸ’—

Feel it. Allow it. Don't try to tamp it down or lessen it in any way. Just let yourself enjoy that wonderful feeling.
And if you make a conscious point of savouring that joy? Guess what? You set yourself up for more of the same by strengthening those joy pathways in the brain. You're literally changing your brain.
Go for it! πŸ’—

Hi
I'm so sorry, I've been targeted by scammers.
If you get an email from me asking for anything at all, it's not me.

How are you going?
Do you feel excited about the day ahead and what it may bring? Because you never know do you. We don't have crystal balls. We don't know which moment in time could change our lives forever.
The world is full of possibilities.
Don't pay attention to the naysayers and the conspiracy theorists and the doomsday preachers. Think about it. Who'd like to be in their heads!
Not me! 🀒
I've got a life to live and I'm making as many seconds count as I can.
We don't know how much time we have. So why not make the most of right this minute now. It feels so much better than whinging and whining and focusing on everything that makes you miserable. So much better!

Take me as an example.
I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in both hips. It affects my legs and knees and how much energy I have, how long I can stand and how long I can walk for.

But, I choose not to focus on what I can't do. I focus on what I can do, and how lucky I am to do that.
I focus on eating well for my body and I take some amazing supplements that make a real difference.
I'm keeping my eye on the latest bioscience being trialled.
In short I'm taking care of me physically AND mentally.
My state of mind is a top priority, it's that important.
Make both your priority too. It's no good focusing on one and not the other. They go hand in hand.

Keep well and make a point of enjoying your lifeβœ¨πŸ’—
