When you actually understand how much your body is already responding to things you can’t see it starts to make a lot more sense. We’re highly energetic beings, your heart, your brain, your nervous system. It’s all electrical and your body is already responding to energy all day, every day.

Your body is always speaking… We’ve just forgotten how to listen.

Wow first time I have done the Tyler Tolman colon cleanse and although it did make me abit bloated because the drink is so thick it was definitely worth it!

Supporting the body is a must do as is prepping the body beforehand when going through a detox to ensure your detox pathways are all open so you don’t get heavy detox symptoms. Over the 4 days I had a lymphatic massage, 2 colonics, 3 saunas and a magnesium soak. Was still walking every day because I felt great and used my lymphatic gloves daily!

I’ve noticed I’m feeling so much lighter, refreshed and my sleep has improved so much, I’ve been having really deep restful sleeps and also my fatigue has been a lot less. I usually have a day nap most days and I haven’t napped once during this which was also interesting. I also had a lot of candida come out through my colonic which is a huge culprit for fatigue.

I am moving onto a 4 day water fast now!

We’re taught from such a young age that saying no is rude, defiant or wrong, so we learn to override it… even when our body is clearly saying it.

Everyone always says kids are our biggest teachers it’s something I notice more and more. They ca say no easily, they don’t even hesitate.
Why? They’re still connected to what they feel.

Along our journey or disconnecting from our body, weve started saying yes when we don’t mean it.

“Can you just do one more thing?”
Yeah… even though you’re already exhausted.

It becomes so automatic we don’t even question it.

And every time we do, we move a little further away from ourselves. So let’s try come back into our body a little more and not only start saying no but without feeling like we need to justify our no 😅

That space between Christmas and New Year where you don’t even know what day it is and you’re still living off leftovers. It’s definitely got me craving some structure again. My brain is ready to get back into doing, learning, and moving forward.

One thing I always love about this time though is slowing down enough to reflect on the year. When I look back at where I was at the start of 2025 compared to now, I feel genuinely proud. I’ve come such a long way. It’s been an amazing year, and I can feel that 2026 is going to be even bigger and better.

It really feels like I’m walking my path and slowly building the life I’ve dreamed of, and that feeling never gets old.

I am absolutely buzzing today. I feel lighter, more alive, and more like myself.

Last night I went to an ecstatic dance ceremony and honestly, the reason I went still makes me laugh.

I saw it advertised and my first thought was, “Ugh, absolutely not. I could never do that.”
And then I caught myself having that reaction.

That resistance was loud. So loud that I thought… maybe that’s exactly why I need to go.

A friend felt the same way and when she mentioned it, we both knew. If it scares us, if it makes us want to shut it down, that’s the edge. So we said yes.

What unfolded was nothing short of incredible.

It took me a little while to settle in, but then something shifted. I felt myself actually drop down into my body. Not thinking, not performing, not watching myself. Just anchored. Present. Letting my body move how it wanted to move.

And I loved it.

The space Cait from & Chloe from held was beautiful. Safe. Grounded. The energy in the room was powerful in the quietest way.

So this is your reminder.
If something makes you immediately say no, pause.
Get curious.
That resistance might be the very doorway back to yourself.

You don’t have to know how it will go.
Just be willing to try.
