✅You are taking 3 complex medications or more than 5 Medications (prescribed, countertop and Vitamins)

✅You and/or your Carer are concerned about the interaction each Medication may have on each other.

✅You are feeling unwell after taking your Medications.

✅You and/or your Carer Would like to learn more about your Medications short/long term side effects, storage, dosage or any general questions you may want answered.

✅This service is Available for ALL ages!

✅You obtain a referral from your GP or give authorisation for us to request it on your behalf.

✅ It is fully covered by Medicare!

All you need is a referral from your GP and to be on more than 5 medications, both over the counter & prescribed by your health professional. Book your appointment now.
