Foot function is quite often an underrated piece of many exercise practices. This can be improved significantly by walking on uneven (rocky) surfaces via different elevations (up and down stairs)
“Turtle lookout” at Point walking track provides the perfect space to achieve this 😁

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get this over the line and I’m so happy to officially start our first FREE movies with friends event 🥰

Join us this Saturday 18th October at Kershaw Gardens for a FREE outdoor movie night. This inclusive event is tailored for our disabled friends, their carers, and family.

-Please arrive from 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start.
-Feel free to bring a picnic mat, blanket and pillows. -Camp chairs at the back and sides of the screen.
-Disabled toilets will be available.
-There are public BBQs if you would like to cook.
-Snacks are mandatory for movie night 😁🌟🎥🍿

Today we celebrate 12 Months Alcohol-Free!

And without question, this is definitely the clearest my mind has ever been!

Over the past 12 months we’ve:

-Created a business for the little one ===> Timber & Tides by Marlee

-Helped coach the first Emu Park U12 girls rugby league team which we took to an all girls carnival.

-Scaled business for Firehawk Strength.

-Brought wifey the car she’s been wanting for the past 5 years.

-Dove back into powerlifting whilst cutting 18KG.

-Got back into some really great fishing.

-Got a clear vision of where we’re heading.

To be honest I had no idea how much I’d actually achieved over the past 12 months and now that I’ve reflected I’m super proud of where I am right now.

Another reminder that small changes compound over time. You just have to keep showing up even on those challenging days 🦅
