Nigel Stamp, the driving force behind FAST (First Aid Student Training), brings over 44 years of paramedic experience to the classroom. His passion for teaching life-saving skills is rooted in decades of frontline emergency work, where he witnessed firsthand the critical importance of fast, effective first aid.

As a seasoned paramedic, Nigel has responded to countless emergencies, giving him unparalleled expertise in CPR, trauma care, and emergency response. Now, through F.A.S.T, he’s on a mission to pass that knowledge on to individuals, families, and workplaces. Nigel believes that everyone should have the confidence and skills to respond in a crisis, and his training programs reflect that belief—hands-on, practical, and rooted in real-world scenarios.
