This latest frequency photo is a beautiful one and belongs to the wonderful . You’ll see it sitting behind him on his podcast which is a must listen. He’s interviewed some incredible people and I was lucky enough to join the club.

These beautiful photos are as usually create by the one and only .of.curiosity.

You can get your photo done by heading to the link in my bio or head to .of.curiosity to purchase his array of Cymatic prints.

These really add a great vibe to my studio and never fail to get mentioned by my clients when they walk in.

My new Album out! Delta Sleep Cycle.

Some really important tips for listening.
1. Consistent listen will bring most benefit. To engage neural plasticity listening once a day will help to build those pathways to a more active delta function and therefore better sleep.
2. Over ear headphones are best. Some nice good quality headphones like will provide great results
3. Low volume! Do think that listening loud will bring more benefit. Actually studies have shown that low volume provides more positive results. Turn the volume to where you can just hear it.

Happy sleeping and sweet dreams everyone

My new headphones are AMAZiNG!
Here’s me going to space 👨‍🚀🪐

We proud to be partners with so that we can give our customers the best listing experience 🎧

These are the ATH-R70x. They can go down all the way to 5hz and up to 40,000hz! Which is way beyond human hearing but make for a more dynamic and rich sound.

In my studies with John Stuart Reid he recommends getting headphones that reach 5hz because the bass can stimulate the vagus nerve which has a nerve ending in the tragus, which is that little flap.

Look out for a post on space sounds ✨

New Album Release! Pain relief binaural beats.

One of the more scientifically researched effects of binaural beats is pain relief. So much so that some dentists even offer a set of headphones instead of anaesthetic!! I don’t know if even I would be game enough for that.

95% of binaural beats on the market are not effective because they are layered with music over the top and therefore drowned out the sound of the beats.
The effectiveness of my binaural beats lies in their simplicity. They are phase modulated to give a smooth and more comfortable sound and tuned with the center being 174hz, the solfeggio frequency known for pain relief. I also use acoustic paced nature sounds which I record with 3D microphones.
These sounds are slowed down so that your body and sensory perception slows down with the the altered natural sounds.

A few simple techniques and not too much jazz makes these effective. Keep it simple stupid.

I find myself coming back to these words a lot, both personally and with my clients. I think it’s really helpful to remember.

"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it." Albert Einstein

I don’t know where, when or in what context he said this but It works in many. When we experience anger for example, we don’t use anger to mend anger. We need to soften our focus from narrow to more peripheral and calm ourselves down to be able to see the many choices we have rather than a single choice. This goes also for anxiety, frustration whatever else you’re experiencing.

If we look at creativity, when we are struggling with having a natural flow of expression it can be helpful to ditch everything all together temporarily so that we can ease ourselves away from trying to force an outcome rather than creating something meaningful to ourselves.

What the gist of this idea is then, is that to get “closer” to ourselves, or to move towards a more truthful nature of ourselves we need to shift our attention or state of consciousness onto “higher” planes. Perhaps even their opposite. That way we have a more holistic perspective of the situation and can make the best decision.

I know this is a simple concept but when you need it you need it. I hope this is helpful.

This is what enlightenment looks like on an EEG scan of the brain.

Maxwell Cade traveled around the world seeking out high-level meditators to discover what enlightenment looked like on a brain scanner. In certain individuals, he consistently observed the same pattern, which he named the 'Awakened Mind' pattern.

He developed various techniques and tools, such as the Mind Mirror, to measure and train individuals to achieve this Awakened Mind pattern. By consciously entering and maintaining this state, individuals experience profound personal transformation, expanded consciousness, and a deeper connection with themselves.

This pattern is a unique combination of brainwave frequencies, namely a high amplitude of alpha and medium amplitude of delta and theta.

Imagine what it would feel like to have a brain that functions like that: connected, intuitive, and knowing.
These awakened individuals had been meditating for years and years, but luckily there is a shortcut... binaural beats.

The first phase in my Neuro-Acoustic Therapy protocol is called the healing phase, which engages eight different brain states as follows: Delta 1, Delta 2, Delta 3, Theta, Alpha, Gamma, DMN 1, and DMN 2.

I have my clients listen to each track for a couple of weeks to train that rhythm into the brain, essentially engaging that brain state and 'burning' that pathway into the brain's wiring (neural plasticity). Long-term clients, and even myself, have reported feeling calmer, less reactive, and more able to flow with whatever comes their way.

There's a link in my bio if you want to come in for a session and start your brain training.

One of my clients got their frequency photographed to hang in her space.
This reminds me of a s***m and egg for some reason. Beautiful capture from .of.curiosity
