One of my favourite poses, asana, Warrior 3, Virabhadrasana 111.This pose makes me feel grounded, strong, balanced & graceful. I love to move with my breath, a flow from extended to standing having gratitude for my strong body & calm mind present & focused in the moment. Photo taken at one of the most stunning Tuscan Villas we were lucky enough to stay at. ♥️

Where it all began in early 2018, these two beautiful souls. One my teaching student who showed up consistently through my first yoga studies & training so I could practice teaching every week, so very grateful. Yes we are still in each others lives. The other beautiful soul who is still practicing with me, since the very beginning. I love that we have evolved together, shared the ups & downs of this life & are there always for one another unconditionally. Yoga by the Bay is a small intimate community of individual women & men who are practicing yoga for many different reasons.
