***ALL YOGA CLASSES REMAIN ONLINE***

As of today, the Victorian Government has announced a tightening of restrictions due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
It has been recommended to wear masks when inside and work from home whenever possible.
Therefore, all yoga classes will remain online until further notice.
Please keep up with the practice and join us online.

About Avirit Yoga & Wellbeing Centre

Avirit Yoga & Wellbeing Centre is a boutique centre located in the heart of Ormond, offering quality yoga classes for absolute beginners and for experienced students.

With our extensive knowledge and personal approach to every student, we are confident that you can practice yoga safely with us at any age, including 50 and over. ​ ​We offer a wide range of classes from Restorative to Power Yoga. Small classes - up to 16 people per class.

We focus on a therapeutic approach to yoga to promote healing and improve long-term health.

Yoga classes at the centre are conducted in a spacious, well lit, carpeted room. We make sure that the temperature in the room is a comfortable 20-23 degrees.
