Classes are currently being held just Off Orrvale Rd Orrvale.
1 Konig crt. Classes run:
TUES: -Teen Yoga (NEW), 4.15-5.15 pm
-Beginners/Int Class, 6-7 pm
-Int 7.30-8.30pm

WED: -Intermediate/adv Class, 6-7 pm
-Beginners 7.30-8.30pm
Thurs;- Int 9 am-10
-Beg 10.30-11.30am
Fri:- Int/beg 6.15 NEW CLASS


But what class will suit me? BEGINNERS CLASS. This class is aimed at adults, who have had little or no experience with yoga, who wish to improve their flexiblity and overall welbeing. INTERMEDIATE CLASS. This class is designed to be a little more challenging for adults that have particiapated in yoga atleast once and feel a little more confident, in their ability to participate in the class and in themselves. TEEN YOGA. This class is designed for teenagers (14-18 yr) to help them develop skills to ease the stress of adolescence. As well as improve self esteem, confidence and flexibility.

What a week! ✨
So much to celebrate β€” 34 wonderful years together πŸ’•, the 5-year anniversary of my cancer diagnosis πŸŽ—οΈ, and over 20 years working at Aquamoves πŸ’¦. Feeling incredibly grateful.
I’m beyond thankful to be sharing life with this amazing man. We’ve been through a lot, especially five years ago when I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. It was a huge shock β€” but here we are, cancer-free and creating our own path forward. πŸ™Œ
It’s been an honour to share (and keep sharing) my passion for health and fitness with the beautiful Aquamoves community. I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with some truly special people. πŸ’™
I really am so blessed β€” and deeply grateful. πŸ’«

Local Retreat day - Release & Rekindle. These aren't processes that are one and done, these are to be reminded & revisited regularly.
Yesterday Mike & the pups assisted me to hold space for some very special souls to connect to these processes. The weather was generous, it was an honor and a joy.
