Top-Tip Tuesdays: Your Weekly Dose of Safety and First Aid Wisdom!

Stay Prepared for Allergic Reactions over the Christmas period.
Christmas treats often contain common allergens like nuts, shellfish, or eggs.

If someone shows signs of an allergic reaction (hives, swelling, difficulty breathing):
❌ Use an EpiPen immediately if they have one.
❌ Call emergency services, even if the symptoms seem to improve.
❌ Keep the person calm and seated while waiting for help.

What You’ll Learn:
