This one was a big deal for us!

A Perth school came to us needing close to 200 staff trained in HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and they only had one afternoon to do it.

So we got to work and created a plan.

Staff completed their theory online during the term, and when PD day rolled around, we had 10 trainers ready to go. By 3:30 that afternoon, every person had been assessed and certificates were landing in inboxes within 24 hours.

Most training tells you what to do. But we make sure you already know how to do it when it matters.

At RTS Training, we skip the theory-heavy classrooms and get straight to the moments that count LIKE realistic scenarios, hands-on practice, and state-of-the-art facilities that put you in the middle of the action before an emergency ever does.

Because confidence isn't built from a slide deck. It's built from repetition, realism, and doing it until the first move feels obvious.

For organisations managing work at height, capability isn’t a certificate - it’s safer habits, clearer decisions, and teams that don’t rely on guesswork in the moment.

We pair self-paced online learning (less time away from work) with practical training tailored to your workplace risks and roles.

Building the confidence to have a go when it matters most!

We run our Working Safely at Heights RIIWHS204E course weekly at our purpose built training centre in Osborne Park, Western Australia

And also facilitate private training for your team on request!

To book a space in an upcoming course, please visit our website. For more information on organising a private training for your team, please call us on 9443 1000

The riskiest part of a workplace fire evacuation isn’t always the flames - it’s the first 20 seconds after the fire starts!

That’s the moment people pause and try to read the room:
Is this real? Who’s leading? Where are we going?

And that’s where evacuations can fall apart. Not because exits are hard to find, but because hesitation spreads: one person keeps working, someone heads off alone, a few people wait for someone else to make the call.

Clear direction early changes everything.

When teams have practised, people move quicker and move together, which is what fire wardens and emergency wardens are there to support.

At RTS, we run realistic workplace evacuation scenarios so crews and wardens can practise before it’s real.

If you want fire warden training in Perth that feels practical and workplace-relevant, book a course with us through our website www.rtstraining.com.au.

Snake bites are one of the most misunderstood medical emergencies in Australia.

Most people think snake venom goes straight into the bloodstream - it doesn’t!

Venom actually travels through the lymphatic system, which means what you do in the first few minutes really matters.

The wrong first aid can spread venom faster.
The right first aid can slow it down and save a life.

In this reel, we explain what actually happens in the body and what you should do instead.

🎥 Watch now.
📌 Save this for when it matters most.

Medical emergencies at work are more common than most people realise.

And in most workplaces, very few people have ever been properly trained to respond.

That doesn’t mean your team doesn’t care - it just means they haven’t been given the right tools!

RTS Training can help you turn “What do we do?” into “We’ve got this.”
