This is a specialised LiteGait Rehabilitation Treadmill. AND this is how it could look in our Neuro Rehab here on the Central Coast. 👣

What is it?
👉The LiteGait is a sophisticated clinical tool that uses a special harness system to support a person's weight. It allows for body-weight supported treadmill training, which means it provides total safety and balance support while someone practices walking.

How does it help?
👉It takes away the fear of falling! By supporting the user’s posture and weight, it allows our therapists to focus entirely on manual assistance and correcting walking patterns. It’s about building strength, endurance, and confidence in a controlled, upright environment.

Who is it for? This equipment is a game-changer for those recovering from:
✅ Stroke
✅ Spinal Cord Injuries
✅ Brain Injuries
✅ Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson’s
✅ Any neurological condition affecting balance and mobility.

Why does the Central Coast need one?
👉Currently, many local residents have to travel long distances to Sydney or Newcastle to access this level of intensive gait-rehabilitation technology. We want to bring this world-class recovery tool right here to our own community.
