Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is a holistic health clinic based in Ourimbah NSW and is owned and operated by Michelle Doorey. Lotus offers a variety of holistic health services such as Remedial Massage, Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine, Herbal Medicine as well as Neuro Transformation Therapy, Timeline Therapy and Coaching. The goal of Lotus is to provide a high standard of holistic health services by using evidence based natural medicine to help empower and educate you to take control of your health and be the best version of yourself possible. Michelle is a fully qualified, accredited and insured Neuro Transformation Therapist, Coach, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist and Remedial Massage Therapist. Michelle holds Adv. Naturopathy, Adv. Nutritional Medicine and Adv. Dip of Western Herbal Medicine & Diploma of Remedial Massage qualifications as well as being a certified Neuro Transformation Therapist, Timeline Transformation Therapist, NTT Coach and Accredited Practitioner in Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. Kate Dwyer is a fully qualified, insured and accredited Remedial Massage therapist. Kate is an accredited member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. Kate brings years of experience and knowledge to the clinic offering her amazing skills in both Remedial and Relaxation Treatments. Protein is often associated with muscle building, but its role in the body extends far beyond strength and aesthetics.

Protein provides the building blocks for:

Fight or flight.

Youโ€™ve heard of it โ€“ the bodyโ€™s reaction to fear โ€“ but whatโ€™s actually happening in the brain?

Whatโ€™s happening is that our autonomic nervous system is activated by the appearance of an existing or imagined threat.

Many years ago, this threat may have appeared in the shape of a bear or some other wild animal on the prowl for your food stores.

Nowadays, however, our pace of life has increased so dramatically from bygone years that our brains are constantly overstimulated, and our fight or flight response is always active.

This means that general anxiety is more common than ever before.

The good news, however, is that by regulating our sympathetic nervous system, we can help reduce our feelings of anxiety and live a more tranquil life :)

Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is based at Ourimbah on the Central Coast NSW and is owned and operated by Michelle Doorey, who is a fully qualified, accredited and insured Naturopath, Nutritionist , Herbalist & Remedial Massage Therapist. Michelle is very passionate about health and wellness and helping people achieve their health goals through empowering them to make the changes they require, whilst also providing them with the support and tools to achieve these goals. Michelle holds Advanced Diploma Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma Nutritional Medicine and Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine & Diploma of Remedial Massage qualifications as well as being an accredited member of The Australian Natural Therapists Association. Michelle is also a Registered Practitioner listed with the Complementary Medicine Practioner Association Council and Australian National Register of Accredited Natural Therapists. The goal of Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is to provide a high standard of holisitic health services by using evidence based natural medicine to help empower and educate you to take control of your health and be the best version of yourself possible. Childrens health, weight loss, gut health, hormonal disturbances, substance abuse, fatigue, poor immunity, stress management and mental health issues are some of the conditions that are commonly treated. After hours and weekend appointments are available by request.
