Just to keep it fair for everyone - we are implementing a no show fee. This only applies to those who have not cancelled out of class before the start of the class. Please cancel your booking if you aren’t able to attend. There’s been multiple times only 1 or 2 people are booked in and an instructor is there to teach and no one turns up or likewise in a fully booked class with people on the waitlist and not everyone shows up and the people on the waitlist miss out. We want everyone who wants to attend, be able to attend. Thankyou for understanding. X Brodie

We’ll move through gentle partner stretches, supported poses and simple breathwork, using another body as feedback rather than force

The practice encourages listening, boundaries and mutual support, together we’ll create a relaxed and respectful space to move together
