Clinical Pilates? Heard of it? Not sure what it is?

It can vary between studios – here at Recalibrate it is in small classes of up to max 4 people using different apparatus including the Cadillac which is pictured.

Everyone is there for different reasons and therefore everything is individual. We move at your pace, we select exercises according to your wants, needs, goals and that will benefit you.

We will work with your Allied health team and follow any guidelines given.

As always according to Anzac Day trading rules and out of respect we will not have classes on Anzac Day morning, which means this year being a Saturday - there will be no classes. We will have an extra Mat class on Sunday with Emma ( including our normal reformer classes) and we have morning and evening classes on Monday the 27th.

We’ll begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice using slow, fully supported postures to encourage deep release within the body and a settling of the mind

From here, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful meditation, a state between wakefulness and sleep, encouraging healing, relaxation and calm

This session is suitable for all levels and bodies. This practice is grounding and accessible, allowing you to reset without effort
