A journey of relaxation, breath and release.
Join us for a 90 minute inclusive experience designed to help you unwind, restore and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice - slow, supported postures that invite the body to release tension and the mind to soften into stillness.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful meditation - a state between wakefulness and sleep that encourages healing and relaxation.
This session is suitable for all levels and bodies - a space to exhale to feel and to simply be yourself.
