School is back, and so are my classes. This week we've got:
- Wednesday 7pm Yin Yoga
- Thursday 7pm Barre Pilates
- Saturday 6.30am Outdoor Group Personal Training

Namaste beautiful beings. Reaching out to ask your thoughts......

I've been offered the opportunity to hire an indoor space (in the western suburbs) to teach Matwork Pilates and Yoga classes. It's a quiet location, the room would work well for both class styles.

Due to room availability, times I could offer classes would be:
- Thursday - early morning (5.30am/6am-ish) - Matwork Pilates 45mins
- Friday - later afternoon (5pm/5.30pm/6pm-ish) Friday - Matwork Pilates 45mins or Yoga (Yin or Restorative) 60mins
- Monthly Saturday or Sunday afternoons (3pm/4pm-ish) - Restorative Yoga 60-90mins or Yin Yoga 60-70mins

Weekday classes would run during school terms (10x weeks), weekends would run via a calendar schedule.

I'd love your thoughts on this - are these classes something you'd like to participate in? Would any of these class times/days work for you? Would you like to participate in these styles of class, but another day or time would work better for you? Happy for you to comment below, or send a private message.
