Good health is powerful! So this September, Women’s Health Week will be a great reminder to set aside time for your health and wellbeing.
The term 'hormonal imbalance' gets used a lot when talking about women's health.
In fact, statistics show that 80 percent of women suffer from hormonal imbalance. 😬🥴
Hormones are our body's chemical messengers, carrying important information from one organ to another so when things are out of balance you can experience a whole range of symptoms; Weight gain, fatigue, muscle weakness, stiffness or swelling in your joints, hot flushes, indigestion, skin irritations… the list goes on!
Hormonal health can be very complex but these are some of the things you can try everyday to keep your body balanced. 😌
