We're seeing more people off work, more hospitalisations, and more serious illness than usual.

Remember: Influenza isn't just a bad cold.

πŸ’ͺ The best protection? Vaccination.
We still have plenty of flu vaccines in stock, and you can get yours today!

βœ… Protect yourself and your loved ones
βœ… Stay healthy through the rest of the season
βœ… Quick, safe, and effective

πŸ“ž Call us or drop in β€” don't wait until it's too late!

πŸ’™ Prostate Cancer Awareness Month πŸ’™

Did you know 1 in 5 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

It's now the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian men over 50 β€” with 3,000 lives lost every year. Shockingly, only 36% are detected at Stage 1, when survival rates are at their highest (up to 96% if caught early).

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¦ Do you have a husband, father, brother or son who hasn't had a check-up lately?
A simple blood test could save their life.

πŸ‘‰ Encourage them to speak with their GP today.

It's National Stroke Week!

Know the signs and you could save a life:
When a stroke strikes, it attacks up to 1.9 million brain cells per minute so acting quickly is crucial and it starts with knowing the F.A.S.T. signs.

If you suspect someone is having a stroke, think F.A.S.T. and ask these questions:
Face: Check their face. Has their mouth drooped?
Arms: Can they lift both arms?
Speech: Is their speech slurred? Do they understand you?
Time is critical. If you see any of these signs call 000 straight away.
