Paddo Pilates BASI Pilates mat specialist - 14 years experience -individual attention - peaceful studio Paddington- I draw on my years of school teaching skills too.

Teaching in small groups allows mat pilates to continue to be the jewel in the crown that Joseph Pilates spoke about. I'm keenly aware of my clients different strengths and abilities and modify my lessons appropriately. I recently added a BASI mat Pilates qualification to my over 14 years of instructor experience. My passion is to equip people for pain free living and to be the best version of themselves. This is all done in a calm quiet airy studio in the heart of Paddington
