Do-it-yourself screening to prevent cervical cancer? The choice is in your hands! 👐

The cervical screening test can now be self-collected. It's an accurate, safe and private way to perform your own screening.

If you’re aged 25-74 years and have ever had s*x, you should do the test every five years to detect human papillomavirus (HPV)—a common infection that causes almost all cervical cancer.

You can choose to either have your healthcare provider collect a sample or you can collect your own sample. Both methods are safe and accurate.

Talk to your healthcare provider about which screening option is right for you.
