🚨 New Blog Alert 🚨

Big feelings aren’t just hard for kids — they can feel overwhelming for parents too. 💜

Our newest blog, Parent Self-Regulation Part 1, explores how staying calm, noticing your own “shark music,” and responding with connection can help children feel safer and more supported during emotional moments.

Inside, we share:
✨ what parent self-regulation actually means
✨ simple calming strategies for stressful moments
✨ why repair matters more than perfection
✨ how your calm helps shape your child’s emotional skills

Because sometimes the most powerful support we can give our children… starts with regulating ourselves first. 🌿

Choosing continence aids can feel overwhelming with so many options available. The right choice often comes down to finding the balance between:
✔️ Comfort and fit
✔️ What amount will the aid need to absorb?
✔️ Ease of changing
✔️ Supporting independence
✔️ Trialling samples before buying

Sometimes a less bulky option may feel more comfortable and help children build confidence managing their toileting routine more independently 🌱

Because the right continence aid isn’t just about protection, it’s about comfort, dignity, and supporting everyday independence 💛
