Assisted one arm pushups. I've got a shoulder injury and the assistance allows for a little extra stability and less discomfort.

hamstring curls. Keep the ribcage tight to the body and engage the lats. Do not let the hips sag, keeping the body in a straight line from the shoulders to the knees. A horrible exercise if done correctly.

lateral raise. You can't see that strap is attached just above the elbow which means less shear force on the shoulder joints.

Assisted one arm chin ups with negative emphasis. 5x1 each arm. Technique needs a bit of work.

High volume hip flexor work as taught by . I'm using two bands linked together for a more even strength curve. All Tom's books come highly recommended.

spinal wave protocol for lower back and erector spinae. Using a Russian belt I have the support placed higher on the leg than for emphasising hamstring which is close to the knee.
