This week we join in recognising the Australian Deaf community – their rich history, culture, and language, Auslan. 💙
Auslan is more than a language – it’s identity, connection, and a human right. With this year’s theme “No Human Rights Without Sign Language Rights”, we celebrate the importance of sign languages in creating an inclusive world.
We also mark the International Day of Sign Languages on 23 September, standing together with Deaf communities worldwide. 🌍✨
