Live 2 Achieve - Friday 9th January 2026

Happy Friday everyone! ☀️
It was a very hot day, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time.

We stayed at Lilypond and enjoyed a fun filled day packed with games, puzzles and indoor sports. Everyone had a great time taking part in activities such as table tennis, indoor ten pin bowling and catch to catch.

There was truly something for everyone. It was so nice to escape the heat and relax indoors while spending time with friends.

Lunch was definitely a highlight, with our sausage sizzle brought indoors, followed by icy poles to finish off the afternoon. A well deserved sweet treat for all.

Also wishing Daimon a fantastic happy birthday! We hope you enjoyed your day and had lots of fun spending it with your family!

Live 2 Achieve - Thursday 8th January 2026

Today was a fantastic day at Live 2 Achieve! We split into three groups, each diving into their own exciting adventures.

The first group headed to Reading Cinemas to watch the new SpongeBob SquarePants movie. The film was full of laughs, adventure, and fun undersea chaos that kept everyone entertained from start to finish.

The second group visited Café La Wheels for delicious food and drinks. The café’s memorabilia area was so much fun to explore, and we even stopped by the beach for a stroll along the pier and a short walk on the sand.

The final group took a big trip into the city to see Alice in Wonderland at The Capitol Theatre. The show had us laughing, captivated, and on the edge of our seats as we followed Alice on her magical journey through Wonderland.

Live 2 Achieve - Wednesday 7th January 2026

Wow, what a hot day! We hope everyone stayed cool today ☀️

At Live 2 Achieve, we split across three fantastic groups.

The first group stayed at Lilypond and enjoyed a creative day painting sunset canvases. It was amazing to see everyone’s finished pieces, they all turned out beautifully. Great job, girls!

The second group was lucky enough to head to Casey ARC for a swim. What a perfect way to beat the heat, with lots of fun splashing around in the wave pool.

The third group spent the day at the library, with some versing each other on Mario Kart while others used the computers. It was a nice, relaxed day to chill out and hang out with friends.

Such a great day all around, everyone had so much fun!

Live 2 Achieve - 6th January 2026

Today at Live 2 Achieve we split into two fantastic groups and had an awesome day.

The first group headed to Wetlands Adventure Mini Golf for a fun-filled day of friendly competition and sunshine. Everyone had a great time on the course and enjoyed every moment of mini golf.

The second group enjoyed an action-packed day of basketball. They headed to the courts and took turns shooting hoops and playing a friendly game together. It was so much fun being outside and making the most of the beautiful weather.

It was such a great day at L2A today. We cannot wait to see what we get up to tomorrow.

Live 2 Achieve - Monday 5th January 2026

Welcome back. We hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Year break. Today marked the first day of the Live 2 Achieve holiday program.

It was so lovely seeing everyone again after the break. We all met at Lilypond before heading out to our activities for the day.

The first group enjoyed a relaxed morning before heading to the shops to buy ingredients for a yummy mac and cheese. Everyone worked so well together, taking turns in the kitchen, and the end result was a delicious meal that looked just as good as it tasted. Great job, team.

The second group headed out for a fun day at Zone Bowling. Everyone loved the atmosphere and enjoyed some friendly competition. Jett took out the win with an amazing score of 100. Well done, Jett. Awesome job.

What an amazing first day back for the year. We cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has in store.

Yesterday, one of our participants, Evelyn, enjoyed a very special outing to the Princess Theatre to see The Nutcracker. ✨🩰

Evelyn was captivated by the beautiful costumes, graceful dancing, and magical storytelling that make this classic performance so special. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience live theatre, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and create lasting memories. We love seeing our participants access and enjoy these enriching community experiences!

Live 2 Achieve - Friday 19th December 2025

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone here at Live 2 Achieve! Today we celebrated Christmas with a visit from Santa, presents shared amongst everyone and even a birthday celebration for Hannah.

We spent the morning doing some Christmas worksheets and games amongst our tables before having an awesome visit from Santa. He gave out presents to us and wished us all a Merry Christmas. After the visit we had a delicious lunch followed by a nice walk around the Lilypond lake. Once back, we celebrated Hannah's birthday before finishing the day with some more games and chatting about our holiday plans.

What a lovely day filled with smiles, laughs and sharing the Christmas spirit. We hope you all have a fantastic break whether you are going away or spending it at home with your families. We can't wait to see you again next year for another great year of activities, life skills and more at Live 2 Achieve 🎄🧡🤍🩵🎄

Live 2 Achieve - Thursday 18th December 2025

Wow how this week is flying by, today we split across 3 groups for our days activities at Live 2 Achieve.

The first group took the vans to the Berwick Springs morning melodies for their Christmas show! They sung some lovely Christmas songs and had everyone up dancing and singing along, it was a really lovely day. They then came back and celebrated Jack's birthday in the afternoon.

The second group did their final move & stretch class at Cardinia Life with Mel! It was a great session and has been really great for our participants to have a place to consistently work on their fitness goals. Thank you so much to Mel and the team at Cardinia Life for organising this for us.

The third group headed to Timezone at Fountain Gate, where they had a great time trying out a wide range of games. They also enjoyed a walk around the shops before having lunch at the food court. It was a full day out, packed with fun and excitement.

Thank you for such an amazing day and we look forward to finishing off the year strong tomorrow 😇

Live 2 Achieve - Wednesday 17th December 2025

What a warm Wednesday we had at Live 2 Achieve, splitting across 3 groups for our day's activities. We also were able to celebrate Shania's birthday from last week!

The first group headed into the city to visit the Myer Christmas Windows, which were absolutely fantastic. It was so special to see the Lego themed displays and follow the cute story they told. The group also enjoyed navigating the new public transport routes through the city. On the journey back, Shania had the chance to open her presents from Live 2 Achieve, and we celebrated her once we returned to Lakeside.

The second group participated in a cooking program at Lilypond, where they made nachos. In the morning, they enjoyed a walk before the weather warmed up, then worked together to write their shopping list and prepare the meal in the kitchen. The nachos were delicious, and the group spent a relaxed afternoon doing art activities and playing games together

The third group headed to Casey ARC for their swimming program, where they enjoyed time in the wave pool. It was a great day to be at the pool and everyone had lots of fun. The group then went to Fountain Gate for lunch, where they enjoyed their meals and excitedly chatted about Friday’s Christmas party, we can’t wait!

Thank you for an amazing day and we look forward to our last 2 days together 🙂
