📍 Pakenham-based | Flexible Casual Hours

Kreative Care Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our team! 💜

We’re seeking someone with flexible availability, including:
✨ Day shifts
✨ Weekend shifts
✨ After school hours (essential)

With a variety of clients across all ages and abilities, no two days are the same!

👩‍⚕️ Your Role:
✔️ Provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs
✔️ Assist with personal care (where required)
✔️ Support clients with daily living tasks (cleaning, laundry, organising)
✔️ Meal preparation and light cooking with clients
✔️ Assist with medication prompts (as per care plans)
✔️ Support clients to attend appointments and community activities
✔️ Encourage independence, confidence & life skills development
✔️ Build social skills and support community participation
✔️ Follow behaviour support plans and report any concerns
✔️ Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
✔️ Work collaboratively with the team using a shared calendar system
✔️ Support clients to achieve their individual NDIS goals

🌈 About You:
✔️ Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
✔️ Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
✔️ Confident working independently and in a team
✔️ Friendly, organised & passionate about person-centred care

📍 tynong-based | Casual Position
Kreative Care Solutions is looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team!

We’re currently seeking someone who has a wide availability that could also include active nights 9pm to 5am as per client needs.
This staff member will have skills around seizure management, personal care, using communication devices, using a wheelchair converted vehicle and available to work longer shifts during the day such as 8am to 5pm.
The client is a young man that loves being out in the community, going for walks in his chair, the simpsons and much more.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Working collaboratively with other staff and following a shared calendar of appointments and tasks
✅ Meal preparation and light cooking with clients
✅ Encouraging social and personal development

About You:
✔️ Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)

Kreative Care Solutions is looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team!

We’re currently seeking someone who is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends, with the opportunity for more hours as we grow. You’ll be working with two young women in their late teens to 20s, supporting them with daily tasks and helping build their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Working collaboratively with other staff and following a shared calendar of appointments and tasks
✅ Meal preparation and light cooking with clients
✅ Supporting clients with cleaning and independence skills
✅ Encouraging social and personal development in a group setting

About You:

This cafe is making a real difference to people lives and as a community we need to support amazing companies like this.
I attend this cafe regularly with my clients and they are always so welcoming and accommodating but it also aligns with what my own company is trying to do which is to make a difference in the lives of people living with a disability..
