Hi everyone, I would like to welcome you to my new business “ACWM Services”. ACWM Service is my Private Nursing and NDIS Support Worker business. Established in January 2023.
I provide a holistic approach to a range of different clients and their needs. Some of the services I provide are, disability care, wound care, PEG feeds, catheter care, transfer and mobility, medication management, assistance with showering and toileting, social support, taking to appointments, housework, shopping and much more. I look after all ages, from paediatrics to the aged population.
Before starting ACWM Service I hold over 10 years of experience as Enrolled and Registered Nurse. I have worked in hospitals, aged care, allied health environments, and disability. Including 2 years of working in the emergency department.
I have a broad range of skills and qualities including.
• I am passionate and empathic about making a difference with a desire to change lives for the better.
• I have excellent communication and listening skills, ensuring that goals are met, and a positive impact is made.
• I pay attention to detail, and I am a quick learner, ensuring the best quality of care is provided.
I have successfully completed my Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing, current advanced life support, First aid and CPR certificates. I have my current nursing AHPRA registration and current police check, I am up to date with all my immunizations, including 4 COVID vaccinations and 2023 flu vaccination. I have my driver’s licence and personal car.
I will be available for work in Pakenham and surrounding areas.
