As his year comes to an end, your resolutions don’t have to be about fixing yourself.

It can be about speaking to yourself kindly.
About thanking the parts of you that kept going when things were hard.
The part that worried.
The part that tried harder.
The part that protected you in the only ways it knew how.

Instead of chasing weight loss, you might choose respect for your body.
Instead of searching for a partner, you could build a relationship with yourself that feels safe and steady.
Instead of pushing for more money, you might listen to the parts that are tired, hopeful, and longing for meaning not just productivity.

This year can be about compassion over correction.
Connection over pressure.
And trusting that when you’re kinder to yourself, the rest can unfold from there.

As 2025 comes to a close, there’s deep gratitude for what this year has offered: challenges, insights, and moments of connection. Looking ahead to 2026 with openness, hope, and us all walking this wonderful life together.
