The doors first opened - fresh brickwork, new gardens, and a blank canvas ready to serve the community.
Fast forward to today, and you can see the growth - mature trees, familiar surroundings, and a space that has welcomed generations of families through its doors.

So much has changed… yet the purpose remains exactly the same ❤️

With many years of experience supporting families, Melissa believes every farewell should reflect the unique life it celebrates. She takes pride in listening, guiding gently, and ensuring each service is personal, meaningful and handled with dignity.

Her calm presence and attention to detail help families feel reassured and supported from the very first conversation through to the final goodbye.

Tony oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure every service runs smoothly and respectfully.
With a practical approach and caring nature, he works closely with families and staff to coordinate

Tony understands that small details matter. Whether preparing facilities, organising logistics, or supporting the team behind the scenes, he ensures everything comes together seamlessly
