Empowering you to transform your body, mind & relationships naturally. Ayurveda is known as the “mother of medicine”. Alicia
As a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, I use Ayurveda, Tantra, & holistic practices to guide you toward health, vitality, and self-love - helping you live authentically & radiantly. Hi, I’m Alicia I operate Blissful Soul here in the beautiful Eastern Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. I’m passionate about health and wellbeing through creating a loving and healing space for you to come and learn self care, whilst receiving the rest and healing you need. When you commit to your health and wellbeing with me, I can help you combat all kinds of modern day challenges. In fact, in addition to being a highly experienced practitioner in massage (regular relaxation and specialised Ayurvedic treatments), I also specialise in treating stress, depression and anxiety. My passion is “Ayurveda”, which has been used in Indian every day life for over 5000 years. Ayurvedic medicine is based on the concept of the three “doshas”, or “tridosha”. Dosha is commonly taken to mean ‘force’ – something that can get out of balance easily in today’s hectic times. Ayurveda is really a complete way of life – it’s a system that helps maintain health, using marma points and herbal oils, as well as aromatherapy massage. I truly love Ayurvedic massage, because it helps to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul, cleansing toxins & impurities from the body while opening and aligning the chakras. I’ve found it incredibly powerful and intuitive for my clients and I encourage you to allow your body to heal through this beautiful and ancient practice. My primary aim through massage is to re-balance your very specific “Dosha“, aligning the chakras to help you feel relaxed and amazing. If this form of treatment isn’t your thing, rest assured I also offer regular beautiful relaxation massage, body treatments, facials, foot treatments & more. Feel free to call me any time on 0408 364 496 to talk about your needs – I’m always ready to adapt treatments to your wishes and needs.

Intimacy in a relationship doesn’t just happen.
Not long-term.
It’s created.
Maintained.
Nurtured.
Through presence.
Through honesty.
Through choosing each other — again and again.
You’re not broken. You’re disconnected.
Disconnected from your body.
From your breath.
From your needs.
From the woman underneath the mental load, the pressure, the constant doing.
So many women are walking around thinking something is wrong with them because they feel flat, overwhelmed, resentful, numb, or f*cking tired all the time.
But here’s the truth — it’s not that you’ve failed.
It’s that you’ve been carrying too much for too long, and somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing yourself.
You got used to pushing through.
Putting everyone else first.
Ignoring what your body was trying to tell you.
Calling it normal.
And now you feel lost in your own life.
If that’s you, I want you to know this:
You do not need to fix yourself.
You need space to reconnect.
That’s exactly why I created my free Reconnection Guide — for women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to exhale.
It’s simple. Grounded. Practical.
A gentle first step back to yourself.
If you want it, download link in comments.
You’re not too far gone.
There’s something powerful about slowing down long enough to actually feel yourself again.
A chance to breathe.
To soften.
To let the noise settle.
To come back to the body, the heart, and the parts of ourselves that get lost in the rush of everyday life.
No performance.
No pressure.
Just presence, connection, and space to receive.
These kinds of moments matter more than most people realise.
Because when you give yourself permission to pause — even for a little while — everything starts to shift.
More clarity.
More calm.
More you.
So grateful for the space, the energy, and the people who shared it 🌿✨
If you’ve been craving space to reconnect with yourself, this is your reminder — you need less pushing and more presence.

Your mind has been loud lately.
This is your invitation to step out of the noise
and into stillness.
How to talk to your partner about wanting intimacy… without s*x
The conversation that changes everything.
Most people don’t struggle with lack of love…
They struggle with how to ask for what they actually need.
Because saying:
“I miss feeling close to you”
can feel way more vulnerable than
“I want s*x.”
So instead, we avoid it.
Or it comes out sideways — as distance, tension, or frustration.
Here’s a different way in:
Start with honesty, not pressure.
“I’ve been craving more connection with you… not just physically, but emotionally too.”
Make it safe, not loaded.
“This isn’t about s*x — it’s about feeling close to you again.”
Be specific about what intimacy means to you.
“Can we spend time together without phones?”
“Can we cuddle, touch, or just be present together?”
And most importantly…
leave space for them to meet you there.
Because intimacy isn’t something you take —
it’s something you co-create.
This conversation?
It softens walls.
It rebuilds trust.
And it often leads to deeper connection than s*x ever could.
Save this for when the words feel hard. 🤍

It’s about the places where you’ve gone numb. The places where you stop speaking. The places where you perform, shut down, overgive, or disconnect.
It’s about learning how to come back to yourself. How to feel safe in your body. How to communicate more honestly. How to create deeper connection in the relationships that matter.
Sometimes that includes looking at s*x. Sometimes it doesn’t.
But the heart of this work is not performance. It’s truth, safety, connection, and coming home to yourself.
