🚨 WE’RE HIRING QUALIFIED SUPPORT WORKERS 🚨

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.

We operate a group facility in the Pakenham area and provide outreach supports across:
📍 South Gippsland
📍 Bass Coast
📍 Cardinia
📍 Casey
📍 Baw Baw Shire
📍 Latrobe
📍 Frankston
📍 Dandenong
📍 Mornington Peninsula

To be considered, applicants must have:
✔️ Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field
✔️ Minimum 2 years industry experience
✔️ Availability to work multiple shifts per week (not just 1–2 shifts)
✔️ Strong work ethic and flexibility

We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including:
🔹 Day shifts
🔹 After-hours shifts
🔹 Inactive sleepovers

We are currently looking for qualified female Support Workers to assist a participant based in Leongatha.

Shift availability:
• 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
• 6:30am – 2:30pm
• 2:30pm – 10:00pm (includes inactive sleepover)

About the role:
• No personal care required
• Supportive and rewarding environment
