Sports injuries, Trigger Points, Soft/Deep tissue massage, Cupping, Dry Needling, Injury Rehab Programs and many more. I am currently the head trainer of Ashwood Football Club from the past 3 years and a trainer for the past 5 years. I absolutely love the rush of football on a Saturday and helping as many players as possible on there road to recovery. I am about to start 3 years of Uni at Deakin to do Exercise and Sports Science.
