Sports injuries, Trigger Points, Soft/Deep tissue massage, Cupping, Dry Needling, Injury Rehab Programs and many more. I am currently the head trainer of Ashwood Football Club from the past 3 years and a trainer for the past 5 years. I absolutely love the rush of football on a Saturday and helping as many players as possible on there road to recovery. I am about to start 3 years of Uni at Deakin to do Exercise and Sports Science. Really what can I say about this guy.
I have been working on and off with this guy for the past 4-5 years. The moment he walked into my room I knew we would become friends.
During the end of last week Jez competed in national wheelchair football representing NT.
And also represents AFL Hawthorn wheelchair football.
Did you even know that existed?
I didn’t until I met Jez, he has also competed in wheelchair basketball and para olympics.
He truly inspires me every time I see him always doing something amazing.
Congratulations on your efforts mate during the national competition last week, helping young kids and adults coming through the ranks and wanting to learn wheelchair football.

So happy to be able to help you where I could a bit of rock tape on that knee of yours and a bit of treatment hopefully that helps you get through a bit more of your 30 days.

Just finished up with a client that made me cry when she got up off my table almost pain free. The face said it all. She was completely amazed at how much better she felt and could move with no pain.
And this is why I do my job. Love helping people feel so much better and for her just to relax on the table after some cupping you could definitely tell in her voice she was completely relaxed 🥰🥰

Here is some shoulder taping for the AC joint.
This is my favourite taping for a person that has dislocated there shoulder or that has come back from shoulder surgery.
Yes I know the tape ripped when I asked him to move his shoulder I wasn’t to concerned with the small rip of tape when I had the stretch tape over all the taping.
