Currently comprising 76, three and two bedroom fully selfcontained Independent Living Units. The lock up garages have remote control doors and you can access your home directly through your garage. There is also a 24 hour emergency call service in each villa. Evergreen's villas are designed to suit Over 55 Living, and as aged care providers, we understand the need for residents’ privacy, space and security.
