Day 25

Not all healing sessions are the same.
And it’s important to know what actually makes one impactful.

An impactful session isn’t about how many techniques are used or how much emotion comes up. It’s about safety. Regulation. Being deeply seen. Feeling like your body can soften rather than brace.

A kinesiology session is not something “done to you.”

You are an active participant.
Your body leads.
Your awareness matters.

The practitioner guides, but you create the change.

Sessions may include:
• Breathwork
• Emotional processing
• Visualization
• Acupressure or energy balancing techniques
• Grounding practices

The aim is integration, not overwhelm.

Before the session ends, you may receive:
• An tailored affirmation
• A grounding exercise
• A simple practice to continue at home
• A reframe or belief shift to anchor

The goal is sustainable change, not temporary relief.

When you understand what to expect, your body can relax.
And when your body relaxes, it becomes available for real change.

~ Affirm what you’re becoming, your nervous system is paying attention.

Affirmations are about gently teaching your body what safety, worth, and possibility feel like.

Speak accordingly 🧚🏽

P.s kinesiology is a great modality to deepen these affirmations into the body and unconscious mind.

A painful experience is what led me to kinesiology 🙏🏽

I had been in hospital for a week in excruciating pain in my upper right back around my kidney. I had every test and scan possible but nothing was showing up.

After returning home from hospital still in pain with no answers my beautiful mum decided to take me to a kinesiologist (thankgod!)

It was in this balance that my mind was blown… learning that emotions could be stored in my body and cause this much pain!!?? 🤯

Learning that emotions can come up in a variety of ways such as through an incident, around a person, a place, from a chart, book or card!

Learning that my body held all the answers and you can tap into them!!?? Amazing 🤩

Turned out I had an excess of fear in my kidneys around an incident that had happened 3 months prior. When I first found this out, tears just started flowing.

The validation and relief discovering what this was about sparked inspiration and curiosity into what this amazing modality was all about!

The rest is history but you don’t need to wait until you’re in this much pain to try kinesiology!! If your curious how it can support you, then my dm’s or inbox is always open for a chat 🤍
