The next Palm Beach Retreat is alive! If you need a day of total rejuvenation taking you away from lifes stress and into a nurturing sanctuary to reset the body & mind, then Please join us on Sat Nov 2nd for our next Retreat. This day has been thoughtfully planned with seasonal yoga, restorative yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, massages, a gourmet Ayurvedic lunch cooked onsite and lots of other delights for the senses.
It is a boutique retreat in luxury surrounds keeping it small so you can really indulge and make this day all about you and your self care.
