Never underestimate your divine nature and the power it holds when we co-create with the Divine, from a pure heart, with pure intentions.

For years I was working in the corporate world, lacking purpose and fulfillment. The only direction I could clearly see was the path leading towards somewhere ~ to being SOMEONE ~ I didn’t want to be. My heart and soul was aching for more ~ something deep and true 🤍

I searched deep within myself for answers. Who am I….truly? What is my purpose? What am I here for? There has to be more…but what IS that?

In the moments of silence, synchronicity and healing, the answers to these questions began to reveal themselves.

This was the seed of creation of Sanctum. A sacred space for healing to unfold ~ ignited by my divine purpose of holding space for others on their healing journey. Guiding them as they navigate their healing journey, returning home to themselves, and awakening their soul’s essence.

Whilst I nurtured this dream business into reality, tending to it as it began to grow, I continued to balance working in the corporate world to support my family.

I cast a prayer to the Divine: please support me to fully step into my heart led work, in the sacred space of Sanctum where my heart and soul is so authentic and true. Living in full alignment with my divine purpose and mission to support more beautiful souls to liberate themselves from their past, from what keeps them stuck and disconnected, allowing them to expand into more love, connection, joy and light.

Now the time has come. My prayers have been answered with grace and divine blessings. Another manifestation has been birthed into reality ~ an opportunity to step fully and authentically into the truth of my essence. As I close the doorway to the corporate world, I step forward with faith and devotion in my heart. This calling is bigger than me. It’s about you too 🤍

Sometimes the patterns we find ourselves in ~ the overgiving, the silencing of our truth, the fear of being fully seen ~ aren’t simply habits.

They’re echoes.

Traces of past experiences still woven through our energy field, quietly shaping how we show up, connect, and protect ourselves.

You may not remember the exact moment something shifted…
When you began to doubt your voice, hold back your light, or believe you had to do it all alone.

When you slowly disconnected from the truth of who you are ~ just to feel safe, accepted, or in control.

That’s the thing about energy ~ it doesn’t need words to leave a mark.

It lingers beneath the surface, influencing emotions, choices, and the way we relate to the world and to ourselves ~ until we meet it with awareness and compassion.

At Sanctum, I guide you through a deeply intuitive process of energetic healing to identify and release these imprints.

Using a powerful blend of Kinesiology, Reiki, and multidimensional energy work, we uncover the subconscious patterns and energetic burdens that may be holding you back.

Life is truly mysterious. I’ve been navigating initiations of deep change. A process of metamorphosis. A metaphorical death and rebirth.

Throughout life we will journey through many of these cycles. Each an opportunity to shed layers, embrace growth, and greater wisdom.

My life experiences, inner healing and subsequent evolution, has led me to this point where I am incredibly proud to say ~ I have a deep knowing, and embodied trust. Allowing me to fully surrender into divine guidance and the intricate unfolding of life.

In the past these initiations would’ve had me crippled by fear and emptiness. Trust, self love, connection to myself and my spirit, now reside in those spaces. I am anchored home in myself ~ in self love, self worth, and a connection to the Divine ~ holding me with grace. Expansion awaits 🦋

Metamorphosis must be journeyed through the heart, honouring the rawness of human emotions ~ loss, grief, sadness and hurting. It required me to surrender and fully lean in, allowing it all to flow through me. It commanded me to hold space for my loved ones to do the same ~ showing them this is all part of the journey and we are empowered to feel, surrender, release and evolve.

Like many initiations I have journeyed in my life, I anchored inwards, coming back to my heart and honouring its truth ~ knowing death carves space for deeper authenticity and the grace of expansion.

I now hold the wisdom and tools to navigate these transitions with greater ease. Innate wisdom guiding me, teaching me, and supporting me. There is always a master plan, an intricate tapestry of perfection in this mystery we call life 💫

I now sit in trust and truth, faithfully awaiting the beauty and mystery to continuously unfold 🦋

There’s something quietly powerful that unfolds when we’re held in a space that welcomes all of us ~ even the parts we’ve hidden, even the pieces still in the process of healing.
