I found these sayings on a pedestrian bridge next to Victoria Park in Hong Kong. Like all things they were not permanent as the bridge was torn down in progress.

Green Plum Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art and exercise system based on Taoist thought and philosophy. Tai Chi Chuan has been practiced for a very long time with some authors stating around a thousand years. Up to the modern era Tai Chi Chuan was passed down from teacher to pupil for many generations leading to the schools of Tai Chi Chuan that exist today. The Wu Style form taught by Green Plum Tai Chi has roots about 150 years old when it was formalised by Wu Kam Kin.

Tai Chi Chuan can be practiced by people of all ages but everyone is not expected nor should they learn and practice in the same way. Rather it should be taught and learnt with in the physical and mental capabilities of each individual student.
