Better to honour our path faithfully than imprison ourselves with a timeline.

How did we get so lucky?
Mind, Body, Spirit Festival in Brisbane on the weekend. We ran over 250 Bars sessions, creating more peace, calm and possibilities. It was amazing to see so many happy faces and calm bodies that didn’t want to leave our chairs.

In a Bars Class we teach the process of running a session and the 32 points on the head that when lightly touched discharge the limiting beliefs, thoughts and feelings that we’ve locked into our bodies overtime. This creates more space for you, easier access to your consciousness and greater awareness of the infinite possibilities and while sharing other pragmatic and practical tools and energy clearing participants discover, uncover and unlock their hidden talents, capacities and gifts.

Amongst these beautiful diverse, magical group of women we discovered capacities with healing bodies, channeling and communicating with spirit beings, psychic awareness, acknowledging “mental illness” is a strongness not a wrongness, death and transitioning to spirit form.

What if these subjects can be fun and light rather than significant and serious?
