I caught myself the other week: Craig and I sat down to watch TV and before I knew it, I was 20 minutes deep into Insta and FB (same content, just a different jacket).

That’s when I realised: habits don’t just stop. The best strategy is to ‘replace’ them. (Using the ‘Higher’ over the ‘Lower’)

So now? I knit while we watch TV. It’s calming, creative, and I’ll end up with a handmade gift for someone I love.

It’s the little swaps that make the biggest difference.

What’s one habit that doesn’t serve you, you’d love to replace right now? And... what might you replace it with?

Self-saucing puddings are a miracle.
One dish with all the ingredients ➡️ Fluffy cake on top, rich sauce underneath. Nothing missing.

Here’s the truth: you’re like that pudding.
You already have everything you need to be whole and complete.

But most of us go through life convinced something is missing… and in the process, we create endless “to-dos” trying to fix it.

The trick? Becoming self-sourcing.
Living from the truth that you are whole, powerful, and able to realign your state — without waiting for others to behave differently or for life to “be fixed first.”

Self-sourced people bring their own energy into the world, fuelled by what they love. They don’t need to force, collude, or control. They create, contribute, and move forward in wonder.

So… are you going to be a self-sourcing pudding today?

PARALLEL YOU-NIVERSE
Sometimes things get wild and crazy in my head.
In a creative and fun way.
Even as a kid, I would get lost in unsolvable mysteries of life and the Universe, exploring the ‘what if’s’ and the ‘I wonder what’s’…

And over the years, there’s one narrative that likes to pop in over and over for a visit:
“What if there are multiple versions of me, living different versions of life on the same timeline? What if I could just jump tracks to a different version at any time?”

There’s the infinitely abundant version, living a life of luxury and play.
There’s the humble servant doing good work in the world for those less fortunate.
There’s the stunningly healthy and attractive version of me.
And, the version I know as my current reality, to name a few.

If this were true, then why have I chosen to live on this path? It seems that there is an inherent desire to live at a higher level. Or am I subject to the fear of putting the current card back into the deck, potentially ending up with a much lower card?… the homeless pauper timeline if you like.

True or not, it seems that we can only materially live one timeline at a time and there is some sort of perceived linear progression from one version to the next. We manage to make the story line up in a continuous version that 'makes linear sense'.

Tales of triumph and tales of woe.
All are valid.
We sail through life, hoping for the best.

When I make my intentional choices in the morning, I like to pretend I am tapping into the other timelines that hold my greatest heartfelt dreams and desires. I want to believe that there is a version of that already unfolding somewhere in my multidimensional Universe. I feel into that version of myself who is already familiar with how it is to live that way.

Something softens in me when I bring that concept into my awareness. I am gentler on myself. I am more accepting of how things seem. And I am more open to the magic that may lead to a ‘jump’ to another level.

Is it true?
Who really knows?
Not me - but perhaps it allows for a shift where logic and reason does not.

One thing I know for sure, though: Craig and I have seen how tuning into those subtler whispers—those soul-prompted timelines—can gently redirect a life from numb obligation to something real, vibrant and truly yours.

Perhaps you’ve wondered, as I often do—what version of your life is quietly calling to be chosen next? The one where you feel alive, deeply connected, and free?

YOUR CREATIONS DON’T CARE....
You were born with a fire inside you. A longing to experience life and to express and expand the Universe. We each come with our own gifts, talents and desires... all valid. All yearning to be birthed through you.

Yet, we wait and we procrastinate. We claim we are ‘not enough’, not ready, not qualified, not confident. We decree our unworthiness and hide behind the excuse of being an imposter, an imitator or a fraud.

But how can you be the imposter when your own creation is begging to come through you, and you alone?

I call bullsh*t.
I call it out as ‘fear’.
I call on you do what you have to to take the next obvious step.
Be courageous.
Be clever.
Put on the version of you who has already created in accordance with your truth.
Wear your fear boldy for all to see if you have to - with quacking knees, sweating palms and wavering voices.

We don’t care about your fear or what you are feeling. We want to hear what it is you have to say. Or see the unique ways in which the paint flows from you brush. Or the sounds that you orchestrate land on our eardrums. Or how your body moves to the music. We want to see, hear, feel and know your Genius.

And the creations you bring forth don’t care either. They just wish to be set free in physical form. To contribute to this ever-expanding, beautiful Universal mess.

What you transmit in your authenticity is the most potent drug in the Universe. We resonate with the truth of ourselves when we can feel the truth of you. We all rise to a higher level of being when we shine our true Selves out into the world and are received.

The time is now, no matter how you feel or what you have been telling yourself...

Rise up.
Receive your truth.
Express it fully and without apology.
We need you.
We love you.
Come and join the way of living from your Authentic Soul.

You’ll never look back.

The Magic You Might Already Be Feeling

Ever feel like something’s already shifting…
even though you haven’t “done” anything yet?

That’s not in your head.
That’s the field responding.

Change doesn’t start at the course or after you’ve read the book.
It starts the moment you say,
“I’m ready.”
Or even just:
“Maybe…”

Because when you align with an intention —
something begins to move.

It’s not logic.
It’s quantum.
It’s resonance.

Even if you’re not joining us for Orchestrating Magic this weekend —
if you’ve felt something stir…

That’s not nothing.
That’s the beginning.

All you need now is to commit — to something that’s true for you. 💜

Eager to come into the world! 30 years ago - I can’t believe it!

Not to be put off by someone else’s agenda (I was nearly finished mid-year exams), our gorgeous mermaid Mikayla burst into the world, in time for breakfast. It was the shortest day of the year and one of the darkest Melbourne ones I can recall weatherwise but you snuggled and slept and fed like an angel in the warmth of our room. Dear friends & Grampa came to visit and watch you sleep. That night, we settled at Mickey Jeannie’s and you slept in a drawer as a crib. (No - we did not shut her in a drawer! There is a big difference!!)

Exams continued on without us but we did make it back in time for the last one with the help of Aunty Claire 9 days later. (One less resit is always a blessing!)

I know you’ve just got back from an incredible free dive trip in Bali but I hope you are super spoiled today. You’re an incredible blessing in our lives. Creative, vibrant, adventurous and gorgeous. We love you!! Happy birthday!!! 🎂 🥳🐣♥️⭐️🥰🥰

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE CERTIFICATE… doesn’t mean you’re done.

I was reflecting this morning and heard a whisper:
“Just because you have the certificate doesn’t mean you’re done.”

It hit me straight in the heart.

Because for so many years, that was me.

Forever chasing the next qualification, next title, next badge of honour — thinking that once I achieved enough, I’d finally feel… fulfilled. Seen. Whole.

We were taught to collect stars, stamps and letters after our names…
And most of us did.

We built careers. Raised families. Followed the map.
And yet — somewhere along the way, many of us looked up and thought:

“Is this it?”

The truth?
No certificate, no external validation will ever give you what your soul came here to experience.

The real gold star was never “out there.”

It was always inside — quietly waiting for you to remember how to live from the inside out…
How to create a life that energises, not just functions.

We’ve forgotten how to feel.
How to trust.
How to believe in the invisible.

We’ve mistaken discipline for worthiness, struggle for virtue, and sacrifice for success.

But what if there’s another way?

What if life was never meant to be a constant hustle — but a co-creation?

One led by alignment… not approval.
By artistry… not obligation.

Because here’s the truth:
When you learn how to create life from your soul’s truth, everything changes.

The dream house appears.
