I caught myself the other week: Craig and I sat down to watch TV and before I knew it, I was 20 minutes deep into Insta and FB (same content, just a different jacket).

That’s when I realised: habits don’t just stop. The best strategy is to ‘replace’ them. (Using the ‘Higher’ over the ‘Lower’)

So now? I knit while we watch TV. It’s calming, creative, and I’ll end up with a handmade gift for someone I love.

It’s the little swaps that make the biggest difference.

What’s one habit that doesn’t serve you, you’d love to replace right now? And... what might you replace it with?
