As a child experiencing trauma I have found that it is all up to me to go forward beyond what I experienced as a child. My parents were great parents but they didn't even know that they had experienced trauma and were unable to see the pattern. I do and my children do and this is how we change our consciousness to heal the family in the past, the present and the future.
