This is feedback from a carer of a young client I saw in Sydney last month. The young person was diagnosed with ADHD and found the present medication in their words made her feel “lifeless”
Working with her symptoms diet and pathology, I formulated a plan that improved nutrient depletion reduced inflammation and balanced her nervous system. Key herbs 🌿 Bacopa, Ginkgo, Lions mane and Schisandra- we worked out ways to sneak in some omega 3s, and extra vegetables. The other key was working with her, gaining a trusting relationship from the very beginning- asking her what she felt would work and not work. Still a journey but already great improvements! Looking forward to more improvements.

The beautiful Amera will cruise into Townsville tomorrow morning.

This vessel began its 125-night journey in Nice, France before Christmas and picked up additional passengers in Colombo, Sri Lanka. While some passengers will finish their trip in Sydney next week, others will stay onboard until mid-April when they'll finish their journey in Bremerhaven, Germany.

We look forward to showing the passengers and crew what Townsville has to offer.

I love feedback especially when sometimes clients don’t return for follow up . I often wonder if I clients are satisfied or not. If I do not get a reply - usually they are resolved and move on which is great.
As with all health, especially herbal and natural remedies there is no automatic fix - as we try not to treat just the symptoms, it is 99% a journey and most take years to get to their present ill health! This case was a Post Covid Cough - happy it resolved and also happy that my treatment plan gives the next options and steps for the client to consider in going forward in that journey ! So happy with this message from a client post 12 months 🙏👌PS This was for a 9 yr old who could not return to school with the cough -xx Love herbal medicine !

What a wonderful day! Reiki circle and Naturopath consults - a great turnout - met some amazing women from Townsville and Charters Towers. Forgot a major thing photos of our circle and day ! Enjoying a small energy clearing, a connecting meditation then Reiki! Truly blessed and many many thanks to amazing Doreen @ Jeral pottery for hosting the day and for being my first introduction to this beautiful part of the world.
